Secret Revealed for Hasslefree Oiling feat. Pantene Oil Replacement

One of the fondest memories of my childhood will be a relaxing head massage by mom, who always managed to spare time to give me an invigorated 'champi' as and when required. She even insisted me to oil my hair after a head bath that I never agreed to. The tiny droplets of oil dripping from all over my forehead would make me look like 'tali hui poori' :/ Though I loved the gentle sheen that oiling gives my hair, but the idea of stepping out with oiled hair and scalp never clicked me somehow.

With the advent of new age hair care, long oiling hours are now history :) Pantene introduces an international solution to end the hassles of oiling with its revolutionary Oil Replacement to India. Since hair oiling is something I don't compromise about, I couldn't resist giving Pantene Oil Replacement a try. And Voila! My experience has been worth a shout out.
Pantene Oil Replacement is a smooth, creamy formula packed in a gorgeous-looking golden squeeze tube. The spill-proof, tight-locked tube packaging is travel-friendly and can be easily pitched in your travel-kit.

The product is a milky white cream that has soothing fragrance that pleases your senses. It's super easy to apply the product onto the hair along the length of your tresses till the ends.

In past few weeks, I have experimented using the product in different ways and I can vouch for its efficacy in every situation. In the usual instances, I've been applying Pantene Oil Replacement on my damp hair post head bath and it really gets so easy to brush my hair without any tugging or tangling. It genuinely gave me confidence of taking good care of my otherwise neglected hair due to packed schedule.
What impressed me the most about the product is its absolutely non-sticky and now it has become possible for me to apply Pantene Oil Replacement while going to office every morning or even to social gatherings without bearing greasy residue of my scalp and looking messy. I may style my hair better than usual and need not to worry about unruly frizzy fly-away at all. I can undoubtedly ditch my hair serum when it's applied on dry strands on-the-go.
Pantene Oil Replacement also served as a great treatment to my dry hair when left on scalp as an overnight therapy. If you worry about staining your pillow and sheet, be relaxed as it's a deep absorbent formula and doesn't drip.

Despite such comfortable application, the product doesn't compromise in necessary nourishment that it provides to my hair. Packed with Pro-V and goodness of oils, the product gives me 2 times stronger hair with intense nourishment.
I must admit that in my hair care journey, Pantene Oil Replacement is certainly a result-oriented and budget-friendly (priced at Rs. 150 only) companion for betterment of my hair into much more softer, smoother and healthier condition that has worked for me and will surely prove beneficial in long run.
So if you are the one who believes that hair oil promotes health of your hair and scalp, Pantene Oil Replacement is a product that delivers what it promises :)

Nourish & Protect Your hair With Oriflame HairX Restore Therapy Hair Mask

We all have different type of hair texture and depending on its type, we would need to take great care of scalp and hair at different time of the year. If winter is already hard on your hair, show some love to your hair using a hair mask. Those who are rolling their eyes what this hair mask is, it is an excellent way to provide deep hydration to your dry locks and moisturize the scalp as well.

Few weeks ago, the HairX Restore Therapy Hair Mask from Oriflame got its place in my hair product aisle and after every use it's becoming my increasingly preferred product to better the health of my hair.
About HairX:
Every range in the HairX range is based on a unique scientific system combined with carefully selected ingredients to target your specific hair needs.

Ingredients:
Aqua, Distearoylethyl Dimonium Chloride, Amodimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Cyclohexasiloxane, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Ceteareth-20, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Polyquaternium-37, Parfum, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Methylparaben, Citric Acid, Propylparaben, Linalool, Sodium Citrate, Dipropylene Glycol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Benzyl Salicylate, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, C14-20 Isoalkylamidopropylethyldimonium Ethosulfate, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Zingiber Officinale Root Extract, Sodium Benzoate
My experience with the product:
The HairX hair mask is a thick, creamy, nicely smelling concoction in pearl white color. It comes in a sturdy plastic tub with wide mouth and one can easily scoop out desired quantity of the product.

The ease of application is one of the reason that pushed me to try a hair mask. I simply take little quantity of the hair mask onto my palm and massage it lightly on my wet hair towards the ends (avoiding roots) after taking the head bath. It requires a wait of just few minutes to retain the mask onto my hair and then give it a rinse. It seems sticky when you rub it between your palms before applying, but gets vanished the minute you massage it on your hair without leaving any greasy effect on hair or scalp. The hair length feels soft to touch, shinier after the very first use and gets evidently noticeable every time.
The reason what prompted me to try this product was Argan Oil mentioned on its label as the base oil. Argan Oil is an ideal healing agent for boosting the health of dry, brittle, weakened hair. It nourishes your hair with long lasting lubrication effects. I'm generally keeping the mask on my hair for around 5 minutes for its components to work deeper to provide me gratifying results. The frizzy, fly-aways are under control with greatly reduced tangling of my hair. It has diminished hair breakage to some extent which I expect to increase gradually. One thing to mention explicitly here is that I've used it on my colored hair and it has not caused any discoloration kind of effect at all.
Argan Oil is also claimed to act as a protective layer in low temperature. I'm really glad that I started using the HairX mask at the right time of the year, and it will hopefully keep me relaxed from worries of lack-luster hair during harsh winter as well.
You may order the product at official site of oriflame at Rs. 449 for a 200 ml pack. The Oriflame HairX Restore Therapy Hair Mask is one of the most reliable recommendations in hair treatments that one can give to himself to greatly impact level of moisture in hair.

Monsoon Hair Care With Moha Herbal Shampoo & Conditioner

Joyful rainy season and painful hair woes..what a tragic contrast :(
My hair have been screaming since months and truly gave me nightmares because of weather-induced problems... and since I love my crowing beauty so so much, I knew its the time to integrate wonder herbs in my hair care routine.

I tried the Moha Herbal Shampoo and Conditioner combo for three weeks with almost ten washes in this duration and felt relieved..
Moha Herbal Shampoo to wash away the impurities and pollutants your hair is subjected to every day. A revitalizing mix of Amla, Aloe, Brahmi and Bhringaraj, this shampoo reduces hair loss, cooling your scalp as it stimulates growth from the follicles.

For gorgeous, silky hair, treat your hair to Moha Herbal Hair Conditioner. It has Aloe that keeps the hair at an optimal pH, while Almond Oil and WheatGerm Oil are rich in Vitamin E and fatty acids, to retain moisture. Jojoba Oil forms a protective layer around each strand.
Ingredients (Shampoo):
  • Aloe barbadensis effectively conditions both hair and scalp and ensures that natural moisture is maintained. It contains Vitamins A (beta-carotene), C and E in abundance, all of which are anti-oxidants.
  • Amla is a hair tonic that strengthens and nourishes each strand. Amla is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C which combat and halt premature graying of hair.
  • Brahmi has been trusted for centuries for its cooling and soothing effect

Ingredients (Conditioner):
  • Aloe barbadensis – Aloe’s alkaline property helps to maintain the pH of the scalp and hair at an optimal level, keeping the hair moisturized and promoting hair growth
  • Almond oil – High in Vitamin E, it is proven for its ability to condition the hair
  • Jojoba oil – Produces a thin film around each hair shaft and over the scalp surface, to maintain ideal moisturization.
Price & Qty:
Shampoo -  Rs. 125 for 100 ml. Buy here
Conditioner - Rs 105 for 100 ml. Buy here

Shelf Life: 2 yrs for both.
Moha Herbal Shampoo is a clear liquid of runny consistency. It smells very light (almost seems fragrance free), so people who prefer zero fragrance personal care products are surely in for it. Usually my hair are not so problematic all the year long, but I surely need to treat them more patiently with more frequent massages and washes during humid weather to avoid that sticky feel on my scalp. I've been using this shampoo twice a week for a couple of weeks now. The shampoo cleans the hair very well without stripping hair of moisture. The scalp doesn't feel any stingy sensation on application and causes no irritation or scratching after rinsing it off. Using the product regularly has made my hair much more manageable and shining in better health. It makes my hair real soft and smooth.
For flaunting luxurious locks, one should nourish them with a suitable conditioner as per hair type. Since I had got the Moha Herbal conditioner that also has Aloe as main ingredient, I use it paired with the shampoo. The conditioner looks delicious. The texture and consistency of conditioner makes it easy to massage onto hair shaft evenly. It has sweet fragrance that doesn't last very long, but give a fresh feel to otherwise messy and sweaty hair. The dry, frizzy hair are easily tamed using this product and it gives nice volume to hair.
The best part about this shampoo-conditioner combo is its non-harsh effect on scalp and hair. It has controlled my flyaways to a great degree. The functionality and affordability of the products is absolutely wannable for most of us. I would recommend these as a good fix for your troubled hair.

Multipurpose Pure Almond Oil From Mitti Se

Hello Friends

Today there is a review of a multipurpose product, which doesn't come from beauty care product categories, still guarantees you ultimate results :) I will review Pure Almond Oil from the product range of Mitti Se whose products have been purely nature based.

Product Info:
Pure Almond Oil can be used for skin care, hair care or edible purposes. It nourishes skin deeply, works as a good moisturiser. Massaging a few drops of oil into the scalp gives a healthy gow to hair, makes hair stronger. Good for digestion, can be used as a mild laxative. Safe for infants.
Price: Rs 220 for 50 ml
Shelf life: 3 yrs
Contains: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, E.
Packaging: The Mitti Se Pure Almond Oil comes in a transparent square plastic bottle. The bottle cap is a flip open kind of cap that helps to easily take required drops of oil from the hole pierced in it. I truly loved the covering on the cap with bio-degradable cloth tied with strings of thread beautifully. It instantly makes you feel connected to nature.
My take on the product:
Before I share my experience on how I used it, let me make a point here to mention that the pure almond oil is different from bitter almond essential oil.
Pure almond oil, as we all know, is one of the best beauty aid for versatile purposes. It can be used as a skin moisturizer, hair nourisher or even for culinary purposes too.
Pure Almond Oil is a mild oil which can be used for massage purposes. I preferably apply it after the shower since it is light and easily absorbed by my dry skin. It is a moderately light greasy lubricant that makes the skin baby soft :) Also this pure almond oil is naturally rich in Vitamins A, B and E that I usually look for in skin care products and that is why it ensures to keep my skin young and supple. I am retaining some of its quantity for upcoming winter season to keep my flaky skin in check.
I also have noticed visible reduction in my dark circle after applying it under my eyes every night for almost two weeks. I leave the oil on the delicate skin overnight after a gentle massage and it really works wonders.
I would recommend a regular massage with pure almond oil to beauties who suffer from chapped lips and to those who want their nails to grow stronger.
Talking about hair care, the almond oil gives optimum result when applied on scalp after shampooing. It helps to restore the natural oil of scalp that gets imbalanced due to harsh shampoos. At times, I use it as a leave-on hair serum by rubbing few drops between my palms and coating entire length of my hair evenly for a nice shine :)
Pure Almond Oil can be added to our salad dressing, baked stuff and in vegetable dips for a healthy intake. Though it is not very flaourful, but has a mild nutty smell so I suggest to use it only when suits your taste or cooking method.
Pure or sweet almond oil is actually magic in a bottle. Encapsulated with multitude of benefits, it is sure to make its place in every household.

           Rs 200 for 300 ml
           Rs 300 for 500 ml
My take on the product:
There were days when I used to related the term 'shampoo' with a combination of Neem, Shikhakai, Amla, Reetha only. These ancient herbs have been known for their positive effects on hair and scalp since ages. But who has got the time today to get them remedy prepared manually. So when I came across the IHA Biospume Shampoo that uses this excellent composition. I could not resist using it.

The shampoo is in light yellow color. The texture is quite creamy and thicker. It has soothing fragrance that makes your scalp fresh for hours. But the fragrance doesn't last for days. The shampoo lathers very nicely, so you would need to use not much quantity per usage. But since I apply it on oily hair and scalp, so it takes a bit extra to generate sufficient lather for me. My hair feel soft to touch and shiny to see. There is no itching ot dryness felt on scalp post usage.
Since the shampoo is rich in many ayurvedic ingredients, it actually aims at controlling dandruff and hair fall. The heena as an active ingredients conditions the hair naturally, so I decided to skip using conditioner after shampooing. There is noticeable improvement in oil control over the scalp for decent 3-4 days.
Regular usage of Biospume ensures bouncy, voluminous hair with a promise of strengthening the roots.

Pros:
Quite economical.
Soothing fragrance.
Travel friendly packaging.
Controls dandruff.
Remove every hint of pollutants from hair.
Adds volume to hair.

Enriched with ancient herbs sited to all hair types.

Cons:
Nothing.

Final words:
IHA Biospume shampoo is an easy to use alternative to your grandma's remedy to cleanse hair and scalp with heean, shikakai, reetha, amla etc. You would love how your hair behave after using this shampoo :) Strongly recommended !!

Aroma Essentials Leave On Serum Review

Hi

Remember I reviewed the D-Tan scrub from Aroma Essentials few days back. I was quite impressed by its result, so I decided to go ahead with yet another product and took one from their hair care range. And today I am here with a review on Aroma Essential Leave On Serum.
The serum comes in a small plastic bottle with green cap. The top cap of the bottle has flip open lid with a nozzle to pour our the liquid. The label on the packaging iterates about the features, but not ingredients. The 35 ml serum is priced at Rs 150.
The serum is enriched with the goodness of Arnica Extracts, Hibiscus Extracts, Wheat Proteins with Almond Oil.
The serum is a translucent liquid that has a shiny tint in it. It is not very thick in consistency or I can say less thicker than the one I am using at present. As you flip open the cap, a sweet herbal smell enters your nostrils.
As the name suggests, the serum is meant to be on hair and not to be washed away. I took out few drops of the serum on my hand, rubbed them between my palms and applied on damp hair. Give it a light massage. The serum provides a fair coating on hair and adds luster to dull hair. I am happy that it helped me control frizz to a considerable extent. I experienced no fly aways after regular usage of this product.
Most interestingly, the detangling process post head bath is now a matter of few seconds because of effortless combing. The hair length feels really soft and refreshing because its fragrance lasts for next few hours. Its now so easy to manage my long hair and set them easily in any hair-do. Prolonged use of this leave-on serum can strengthen hair as it brings along the trust of almond oil.
Though the serum is not very thick, but it requires very less quantity to be applied in every usage. Ofcourse, it depends of the texture and length of hair too. But take care not to use excessive amount of serum to avail extra benefit in one go, otherwise there is great chance to weigh down your hair.

Pros:
Nice fragrance.
Light on hair.
Not greasy.
Needs few drops per usage.
Helps dentagling.
Conditions hair.
Decently priced.
Adds shine n softness to hair.

Cons:
Packaging can be improved with details of ingredients.

Where To buy: Aroma Essentials or call 9886497272 to order.

Overall Verdict:
Aroma Essential Leave On Serum is effective in managing dry, frizzy hair in the very first application. Little quantity goes long, as very less amount is used in one go. The results are really good and the product is worth trying :)

Hair Coloring Experience with Godrej Nupur Coconut Henna Crème Hair Color

Hi

"Should I try color my hair?" - a question that I asked my hubby more than hundred times in past few months. Despite his immediate consent every time, I could never override my apprehensions about damages caused by hair colors. Moreover, I have no major greys, so I managed to survive without taking the idea any further.

A few days ago I got to receive a special hair color hamper from Godrej Nupur containing few packs of their Crème hair colours infused with coconut oil and henna. Initially I was scared to apply the hair color, but then the presence of beneficial coconut oil in the formulation prompted me to set aside my fears and do take this hair color challenge at home.
I got all four beautiful shades available in Godrej Nupur Coconut Henna Crème Hair color i.e
  • Natural Black (1.0),
  • Natural Brown (5.36),
  • Dark Brown (4.0),
  • Burgundy (6.64).

Ingredients : Aqua, coconut oil, henna leaf powder, ethanolamine, petrolatum among others.

Contents of each pack:
  • 1 sachet of Crème colour (20 gm)
  • 1 sachet of developer (20ml)
  • 1 instruction leaflet
My experience:
I had been adoring my long black tresses always and actually couldn't imagine experimenting on them for any reason. But my hubby encouraged me to go for a different shade than my usual black hair for a nice change in personality. So I decided to use the Dark Brown shade that is somehow close to my original hair color and won't seem extremely transformed.

I mixed the entire content of colour and developer in the sachets in a glass bowl because the brand has simplified the task of measuring the quantity for appropriate mix and has provided the pre-measured contents separately packed for hassle-free experience which I appreciate. I like the familiar coconut oil smell in the developer.

Before I could apply the Dark Brown hair color on my hair, I followed the safety instructions quite in detail and took the patch test to check for hyper-sensitivity of my skin by applying a small amount of mixture behind my ear, but thankfully it didn't cause me any sensation, inflammation or itching.
Now, after being passing the patch test, I was more confident to color my hair. I applied the hair color using coloring brush, but missed having a pair of hand gloves in the pack. The consistency of mixture makes it easy to spread. Leaving the hair color on my hair for almost half an hour, I gave it a thorough rinse. The hair color came out easily and gave me a newer look.
I am really satisfied with the coverage it gave to my hair as well as the softness and lustre to my hair. I may safely recommend Godrej Nupur Coconut Henna Crème Hair Color for a beautiful and healthy hair coloring experience at home.
Pros:
No Ammonia formula
Pre-measured colourant & developer sachets.
100% grey coverage
Nice fragrance of coconut oil.
Leave hair soft and shiny.
Value for money.
Easily available.

Cons:
I wish there were hand gloves in the pack and I won't mind paying few bucks extra for that.
The quantity in each packet is sufficient for small to medium hair length or is suitable when only partial greying is to be covered, else for longer hair more packs are to be used.

Final Word:
Godrej Nupur Coconut Henna Crème Hair Color is an economical hair coloring solution with goodness of coconut oil and henna. The 'No Ammonia' factor makes it more acceptable to many.
Each variant priced at as less as Rs. 39 is a win-win situation undoubtedly.
