Premium Herbal Soaps from Sheer Skinz

Hi Dearies

Come and drool over some really delectable natural soaps today through my post. I've been writing for superior skin/hair care products from house of Sheer Skinz earlier. When I used their handcrafted soap bars for a month or so, my skin knew the difference.

Product Claims:
Sheer Skinz Luxurious Soaps contain selected herbs known for their nourishing and cleansing properties without stripping natural moisture. It provides cool refreshing effect while cleansing & nourishes the skin naturally & gives long lasting Fragrance & Freshness after bath.

I received three variants of natural herbal soaps from the brand in Bengal Tuberose, Aloe vera & Neem and Neroli Lime.

The soap have uncomplicated packaging in double layer of transparent plastic sheet. The labels of soap packs highlight all required details. Each of the soap bar priced at Rs. 75 is much affordable than many other brands. when it weigh 125 gm each.

The size and square shape of the soap bars give it good grip in my hand. I liked the translucent color appeal of the soaps. The soaps lather well and gently pulls dirt and grime off the skin which is the main goal of a soap.

All the variant that I used have skin benefits too. Like Neem and Lime ones can help you get rid of skin infections and kills bacteria. I don't feel like using a deodorant after using any of these soaps as they effectively battle bad odor. The sweet smelling Tuberose soap has anti-inflammatory properties and improves health of your skin with regular use.

I also fell in love with ultra gorgeous scents of the soaps. Not only the lingering scent leaves your body feeling fresh after bath, but keeps the washroom lightly scented. Bengal Tuberose variant uplifts your mood with its floral fragrance, while Neroli Lime and Aloe Vera & Neem have somewhat mix of sweet/citrus aroma. The soaps don't smell overpowering or bothersome.
None of the soaps cause skin irritation in the first place or strips the skin of vital oils. All the soaps claim to be 100% natural and infused with the purest plant, fruit and nut extracts along with natural water and pure essential oils, so they clean without drying skin.
In totality, Sheer Skinz soaps are worth giving it a try. If you are looking for some more fragrances of your liking, check it out here.

Sheer Skinz Ayurvedic Bhringraj Hair Oil Review

Today one or the other person in every family is facing some kind of hair problems. Be it hair fall, premature graying, split ends or unhealthy scalp; you will find people discussing their hair issues seeking effective solutions. One of the primary hair care regimen known till date stresses upon head massage with appropriate hair oil. There are many 'fancy' hair oils available at stores these days that claim to address these issues, but me and my family still trust traditional ayurvedic oils for its purity. At present, I'm using Sheer Skinz Ayurvedic Bhringraj Oil which is 100% herbal preparation. So lets have an overview of the same in today's post.

Product Details:
Sheer Skinz Ayurvedic Bhringraj Oil is a complete Ayurvedic formula, which is prepared in Sesame Oil using natural herbs. Its one of the best herbal treatments for hair loss and dandruff. You need to apply oil to the scalp and gently massage it for about 10 minutes. Potent herbs in this herbal oil provide nourishment to the scalp and hair follicles as well to counter hair fall. It naturally strengthens roots of the hair and helps to naturally grow hair. All herbs are blended in right formula to offer effective cure for infections, hair loss and split ends. It improves blood flow and stimulates hair follicles to ensure natural growth.
Key ingredients:
Various extracts of Bhringraj, Amla, Brahmi, Haritaki, Baheda, Chandan, Mulethi, Nagarmutha, Bariyara, Heena, Padmakh and Sesame Oil.
Bhringraj & Bramhi oil stops hair fall, premature greying and dandruff.
Amla & Henna works as natural conditioners, provides shine & volume.
Mulethi is natural blood purifiers and has antifungal, antimicrobial properties
Price: Rs 135 for 100 ml.

Color, Texture & Fragrance: The Sheer Skinz Bringraj hair oil is a deep brown colored oil that looks even darker in the bottle. The consistency of the fluid is just the appropriate, neither runny nor thick. The oil smells purely herbal that may trouble sensitive noses. But for me its a calming fragrance that soothes me.
Packaging: The oil is packed in a transparent plastic bottle in square shape. The black flip cap on the bottle goes well with the oil color ;) The label on the bottle has required details printed on it in white font color. You receive a new bottle sealed with cling sheet and housed in black cardboard box.
Usage Experience:
My usual hair care regimen finds an oiling session on weekly chart over the weekend. But at times, I add-on one more massage session if any weekday is a holiday and I'm able to spend my day at home relaxing. My preference is leaving the hair oil overnight on my scalp so that it drinks the nutrients and offers my hair best nourishment.
I'm applying Sheez Skinz Bringraj oil for some time now and the first thing I could notice was softness of my hair after just two-three uses. The oil is not extra-greasy, but also not completely non-sticky. It penetrates very well into the follicles and scalp. But I cannot step out wearing that strongly fragranced oil on my hair. (though its a matter of personal choice). Using this oil religiously ensures trapping flyaway and strengthens the roots. The dryness of scalp is remarkably cured and my hair seem restoring the natural texture. Though the enhancement of hair growth is yet to be acknowledged, since its not a miraculous device to work in a short span of time. But overall, its a complete hair tonic for preventing and controlling hair problems arising out of our modern lifestyle or heredity.
Sheer Skinz Ayurvedic Bhringraj Oil goes beyond just oiling your hair, but manifold promotes good health of hair shaft and scalp when incorporated in your hair care routine.

Hello Everyone

Each Sheer Skinz product uses traditional methods in its making and adheres to the highest standards of purity, authenticity and quality to create – Luxurious Ayurveda. Sheer Skinz is committed to excellence, with its line of pure, fresh seasonal products and experiential treatments.

I got a lovely combo consisting of two variants of their natural face cleansers i.e.
KASHMIRI SAFFRON & NEEM  (priced at Rs. 115 for 50 ml) and
MASHOBRA WILD HONEY, LEMON & ROSE WATER  (priced at Rs. 95 for 50 ml).
If you buy the combo, you will end up saving few bucks because the combo is priced at Rs. 195 here

Packaging:
The facewashes have similar packaging in soft black tube. The only difference is the variant details printed on either sides. The flip open cap on the tube makes it easy to take the product out. Also the tubes are quite light weight and easily portable.
Texture & Smell:
Both the facewashes have soothing fragrance. The Mashobra Wild Honey, Lemon & Rose Water cleanser has a mixed scent with prominent rose fragrance, whereas the Kashmiri Saffron & Neem cleanser has slightly wild scent that gives a kick. The fragrances persists for good hours and makes you feel fresh. I liked both the facewashes from this aspect.

The Mashobra Wild Honey Lemon & Rose Water cleanser is light orange in color and the other one is extremely pale yellow that hardly shows up color on your hand. The liquidity and runny consistency is also same for both the cleansers.
Mashobra Wild Honey Lemon & Rose Water

Kashmiri Saffron & Neem cleanser

Usage Experience:
The Mashobra Wild Honey, Lemon & Rose Water cleanser behaved really gentle on my dry skin. Lemon extract, as a natural astringent gave instant brightening & toning effect to the skin. I had my apprehension of stripping away the moisture from my facial skin that generally happens with me on using lemon juice in some home remedies. But packed with Vitamin C and then loaded with moisturizing honey, a few drops of the cleanser effectively lifted all the dirt and skin impurities in every wash without aggravating skin dryness issue. The rose water in the cleanser greatly contributed towards calming down my irritated skin. My overall experience says that this variant of the face cleanser can fit in the daily skin care regime of every person whatever skin type they have, specially dry skin type.

The Kashmiri Saffron & Neem cleanser is one of the unusual mix of ingredients I tried ever. The claims of skin fairness using Saffron are well known. With high hopes in my heart, I used this cleanser, but didn't expect any overnight change in my skin tone honestly. The deep cleansing of the face wash surely imparted a momentary glow on my face. The infusion of neem in the cleanser helps removing toxins from skin surface and purifies the skin. The cleanser seems suitable for all skin type including sensitive and oily skin.

Summary:
Ayurveda based brand.
Use of pure herbal ingredients.
Gentle cleansing properties.
Cleanse, nourish and replenish moisture.
Travel friendly and easy to use packaging.
No side effects.
Decently priced.
